Senate passes House version of Transaction & Code Sets delay bill

Last night, December 12, 2001, the Senate passed the House version of the transaction and code sets delay bill. As such, no conference committee is needed and the Bill will be sent directly to President Bush for signature, without any Administration dissent expected.
